Welcome to AnonLink Social. By accessing or using our website (anonlink.site) or our mobile application (AnonLink Social), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all users of AnonLink Social, whether accessed via the website or the mobile app.
Description of the Service
AnonLink Social provides anonymous messaging, personal messaging, social interaction features, reactions, rating systems, and temporary anonymous message links. Users may collect anonymous feedback, confessions, compliments, questions, ratings, or suggestions without revealing sender identities.
Some messages and shared content may automatically expire or be deleted after a selected duration depending on the feature being used.
The mobile app additionally provides:
- Personal messaging features
- Personal rating systems
- Push notifications for new interactions and messages
- Local backups of messages and link history
- Optional paid subscriptions to remove advertisements
- Export of messages in TXT, CSV, and JSON formats
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AnonLink Social. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
If you are under 13, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the service. AnonLink Social is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
User Responsibilities
- You agree to use AnonLink Social only for lawful purposes
- You are solely responsible for the content shared through your account, profile, or links
- You must not misuse the service to harm, threaten, deceive, or harass others
- You are responsible for keeping your View ID or account access secure
- You acknowledge that anonymous messages and ratings come from third parties and AnonLink Social is not responsible for their content
- You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or databases
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on AnonLink Social:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or hate speech
- Sharing illegal, abusive, defamatory, explicit, or harmful content
- Spam, phishing, scams, or malware distribution
- Impersonating another person or organization
- Attempting to bypass security measures or system restrictions
- Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to abuse the platform
- Manipulating Personal rating engagement systems
- Soliciting sensitive personal information from minors or other users
- Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law
Violation of these rules may result in restriction, suspension, or permanent termination of access to AnonLink Social without prior notice.
Subscriptions & Payments
AnonLink Social offers optional paid subscriptions through the Android app to remove advertisements and unlock premium features. Subscription plans may be billed on a Monthly or Yearly basis.
All payments are processed securely by Google Play Billing. AnonLink Social does not have access to your payment card details.
- Subscription status may be linked to your device ID for restoration purposes across reinstalls
- Subscription pricing may change with reasonable notice to existing subscribers
- Refund requests are handled according to Google Play policies
Advertisements
The free version of the AnonLink Social Android app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob.
By using the free version of the app, you consent to the display of advertisements and related advertising technologies. Ads are removed for users with an active subscription.
AnonLink Social does not control the content of third-party advertisements and is not responsible for products, services, or content promoted through ads.
Push Notifications
The Android app may send push notifications to alert you about new anonymous messages, personal messages, reactions, ratings, and other social interactions.
Notifications require your explicit permission and may be delivered using third-party notification providers such as OneSignal.
You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings without affecting your ability to use the platform.
Content Moderation
While AnonLink Social promotes privacy and anonymous interaction, we reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, restrict links, or block access if we believe the platform is being abused, misused, or used unlawfully.
We are not obligated to actively monitor all user-generated content but may review and act on reports of abuse or policy violations.
Expiration of Links & Messages
Some message links and anonymous conversations on AnonLink Social are temporary and may expire after a selected period.
- Expired links become permanently inaccessible
- Associated temporary messages may be permanently deleted from our servers
- Local backups stored on your device remain until you manually delete them
AnonLink Social is not responsible for data loss resulting from message expiration, deletion, or device issues.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, design elements, software, and code associated with AnonLink Social are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the service without explicit written permission.
Privacy & Data Handling
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected, used, and protected across AnonLink Social's website and mobile applications.
Disclaimer of Warranties
AnonLink Social is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnonLink Social and its developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, deleted messages, account restrictions, third-party content, or damages resulting from anonymous interactions.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to AnonLink Social for users who violate these Terms of Service or misuse the platform.
You may stop using AnonLink Social at any time. Termination does not entitle you to refunds for subscription fees already charged, except where required by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
Any disputes arising from the use of AnonLink Social should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of AnonLink Social after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
