Welcome to AnonLink. By accessing or using our website (anonlink.site) or our mobile application (AnonLink), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users of AnonLink, whether accessed via the website or the mobile app.

Description of the Service

AnonLink allows users to create temporary anonymous message links. Recipients can share these links to collect anonymous feedback, confessions, compliments, questions, or suggestions. Messages are collected without identifying the sender and are automatically deleted after a user-defined expiration period.

The Mobile app additionally provides:

• Local phone backups of messages and link history
• Push notifications for new message arrivals via OneSignal
• Optional paid subscriptions to remove advertisements
• Export of messages in TXT, CSV, and JSON formats

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AnonLink. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 13, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the service. AnonLink is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

User Responsibilities

• You agree to use AnonLink only for lawful purposes
• You are solely responsible for the content shared via your links
• You must not misuse the service to harm, threaten, or deceive others
• You are responsible for keeping your View ID secure anyone with your View ID can read your messages
• You acknowledge that anonymous messages come from third parties and AnonLink is not responsible for their content

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AnonLink:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech of any kind
• Sharing illegal, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content
• Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
• Impersonating another person or organization
• Attempting to bypass security measures or system limits
• Using automated tools or bots to generate messages or abuse the platform
• Using the service to solicit personal information from minors
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

Violation of these rules may result in immediate restriction or termination of access to AnonLink without notice.

Subscriptions & Payments

AnonLink offers optional paid subscriptions through the Android app to remove advertisements. Subscription plans are billed on a Monthly or Yearly basis. All payments are processed securely by Google Play Billing. AnonLink does not have access to your payment card details.

• Subscription status is tied to your device ID for restoration purposes across reinstalls
• AnonLink reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers

Advertisements

The free version of the AnonLink Android app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version of the app, you consent to the display of these advertisements. Ads are not displayed to users with an active subscription.

AnonLink does not control the content of third-party advertisements and is not responsible for any products, services, or content promoted in ads.

Push Notifications

The Android app may send push notifications to alert you when new anonymous messages are received. Notifications require your explicit permission and are delivered via OneSignal. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings without affecting your ability to use the app.

Content Moderation

While AnonLink promotes anonymity, we reserve the right to remove content, suspend links, or restrict access if we believe the service is being abused, misused, or used for unlawful purposes. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may act on reported abuse.

Expiration of Links & Messages

All message links and their associated messages are temporary. Once the expiration time selected by the link creator is reached:

• The link becomes permanently inaccessible
• All associated messages are permanently deleted from our servers
• Local phone backups saved via the Android app remain on your device until you choose to delete them

AnonLink is not responsible for any loss of messages or data resulting from link expiration.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and code comprising AnonLink including the website and Mobile app are the property of AnonLink and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service without explicit written permission.

Privacy & Data Handling

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected, used, and protected across AnonLink's website and Android app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

AnonLink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnonLink and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service including, but not limited to loss of data, loss of messages, or damages resulting from third-party content received through anonymous links.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to AnonLink for any user who violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice. You may stop using AnonLink at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already charged.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of AnonLink shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of AnonLink after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
